Get Involved
A place for everyone isn’t built by four pearls
Whether you want to DJ, celebrate your birthday, take on shifts or start an event: here’s the form. No contact box buried in the text, no application portfolio.
What for
What we’re looking for right now
DJs
We book FLINTA* DJs – even without a long list of gigs. Send us a mix, not a CV.
Artists & performances
Drag, spoken word, live sets, small-scale concerts. Tell us how much space and equipment you need.
Awareness
Being there for people when they’re not OK. We’ll talk with you about how onboarding and shifts work.
Bar & door
Shifts behind the bar and at the door. Hospitality experience helps, but isn’t a must.
Hands for the renovation
Painting, carrying, screwing, cleaning. Even a single Saturday gets us further.
Collaborations
Collectives, initiatives, associations, bookshops, labels: we’re happy to share the space.
Write to us
Required fields are marked with *. Everything else is optional. You’re welcome to write in English – we read everything.
What happens next
- 01We read everything. Really everything – sometimes it takes a while, because there are four of us and we all have other jobs.
- 02If it fits, we’ll get back to you with a concrete question or a suggested date.
- 03If it doesn’t fit right now, we’ll tell you that too – instead of leaving you hanging.
The short way
Prefer email? Write to hallo@4pearls.de. And if you’d rather contribute materials or money: this way.
